ActPlease is a ticketing and work management system for organizations.

An organization that has subscribed to ActPlease can provide their customers a pre-configured app, which customers can use to submit complaints, suggestions, support requests, service requests, etc. (as applicable for the organization).

The said request is sent to the relevant executive(s) for action by SMS (text message) and email, or by app notification (if the executive has downloaded the "Executive App" of ActPlease).

Customers need to verify their phone number after downloading the ActPlease app. They can do so by entering a PIN that is sent to them by SMS. This ensures that inputs sent to the organization originate from a real and answerable person.

The ActPlease app covers more than just request/complaint entry. It also enables the customer to view the status of the issue submitted (based on the ticket number or acknowledgement number), as well as view information pertaining to the organization - Annoucements, FAQ, Contact info, etc.

Several terms of the app vary based on the configuration done for the organization. For example, an organization may not have elected to receive complaints or compliments, and simply accepts support requests. Accordingly, that button will be shown. An organization can choose to receive inputs from individuals or from other organizations only - based on the nature of their operations (B2C or B2B). The web application of ActPlease enables such functionality.

The app itself is also similarly offered as if it has been made entirely for the given organization - so that customers do not view a single app called "ActPlease", but rather, only the app that is relevant to the organization that they are connected with (e.g. "Peach ActPlease" or simply "Peach").

We hope to streamline customer service in India and later other countries by offering ActPlease on the Software-as-a-Service platform as well as through direct sales.
